Increase Sales In Two Steps

Back to the Board

As its been a season of getting back to the drawing board.  Here’s some advice granted to me, passing it on:

1. If you can look at a deal and say, this makes sense to me.  Do it.  Get ready to sell internally, be a negotiator and pitch.  Deals are rarely black and white.

(On the other side, work with community if possible and listen to your spouse.) 

2. If you believe in something you may not sell it, but you should get awful close.

(You better be able to sell it, else you shouldn’t sell it.  Don’t say no for them and relax in silence.)

Believe in what you’re selling.
